Life changes, moves on...can still be amazing!

Hello!  Haven't composed here in a long while...been busy!  :)  Yes, remarried and the "going on two years already" has been amazing!  So very much, Dear Folks, to be thankful for...

I do not go to Hobby Lobby very often.  I do enjoy the pictures and paintings displayed, especially if they have layered thickness with the paints.  There is just something about looking at these and getting transported somewhere free from the pulls of the day.  I didn't block this off so you can see it is from the store.

I am getting ready to start creating more and getting items out there.  With all that is going on in the world, I wonder if there will ever be inside Craft Shows?!  I guess we can all be grateful to the internet and the audience we can approach.  

Blessings this day and the days ahead.  I will keep you all up on my progress to get things going again.

TRUE LOVE is given every single day...

My late husband Mark and I would not place any pressure on one another for the Valentine holiday.  From the beginning of our marriage, Mark said, "Deb, if I am not loving you the other 364 days of the year, I certainly can't make up for it on Valentine's Day."  I so appreciated this as one of my love languages is "gifts" of service...not necessarily to myself but also to others.  As far as stuff goes, I just don't need more stuff to dust!!!  Anyway, I lost Mark to cancer back in 2006 and am so grateful for the habits of showing love we developed over those years prior.  Now, I am blessed to be remarried to a most amazing, loving and godly man whom I treasure and we have discussed this upcoming first Valentine's Day for us.  Again, no pressure...let us just be loving on each other and others every day!!!  No dusting involved!!!   I love you, Benjamin Todd Adkins!!!

It all starts by laying "stuff" out.....hmmmm....

Sometimes, before the week is over, I have put in 45 to 50 plus hours at work.  Yeah, cuts into the creating time.  But, like many of you, there is something inside waiting to come out.  So, I just lay it out and look at it for awhile.  It just might grow into something....

Sometimes, I think I should give it all up or focus on just one or two things and then I look at what I have already created and it makes me smile.....
